Data Deletion
Updated: August 28, 2026
This page explains what data InfoCombiner receives through its integration with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and how you can request its deletion.
What data we receive from Meta
If you interact with the InfoCombiner page on Facebook or Instagram (leave a comment, send a message, react to a post), our app may receive, through the Meta API, basic information about that interaction: your public profile (name, ID), the comment or message text, and metadata about the related post. We use this data only to respond to your comments and messages on behalf of the page.
How to delete your data
There are two ways:
- Through Facebook/Instagram — go to Settings → Apps and Websites, find InfoCombiner, and remove access. This revokes the app's permissions and stops any new data from being received.
- Directly with us — email infocombiner@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion" and tell us which account/conversation it concerns. We'll delete the related data from our systems within 30 days and confirm by email.
What happens after deletion
Once we process your request, we delete your related comment and message data from our systems, except where retention is required by law (for example, accounting records if the interaction was tied to a paid service).
