Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 August 2026

These Terms govern your use of infocombiner.com and any service you order through it. By ordering a service or using the site, you ("Client") agree to the Terms below.

Who we are

Services described on this site are provided by a Ukraine-registered private entrepreneur (ФОП), Andrii Serhiiovych Syromiatnykov (Ukrainian taxpayer ID 2809112538), trading as "InfoCombiner" ("we", "us"). Contact: infocombiner@gmail.com.

Our services

We build websites and landing pages, Telegram bots, AI-driven tools, and content/marketing automation, as described on our /services pages. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline of any paid engagement are confirmed in writing (email or a written proposal) before work begins; that written agreement takes precedence over the general descriptions published on the site.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on service pages are indicative ranges. The final price depends on the agreed scope and is confirmed in writing before you pay, in USD or UAH as shown.

Payment

We currently accept payment via NOWPayments (cryptocurrency) and by card through our PrivatBank corporate account. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, work begins once the agreed deposit, or full payment, is received.

Refunds and cancellation

Each engagement is custom work that starts promptly once payment clears, so we do not offer refunds once work has started, except where the law requires it or where we fail to deliver the agreed scope. If you cancel before work has started, we refund any deposit paid, minus a reasonable amount for any work already done. Cryptocurrency refunds (NOWPayments) are made, where due, in the same cryptocurrency, and are subject to network fees and exchange-rate movements outside our control.

Delivery and revisions

We deliver the agreed work by the timeline confirmed in writing. You have 7 days after delivery to request reasonable revisions within the originally agreed scope; requests outside that scope may be quoted as additional work.

Intellectual property

Once you've paid in full, ownership of the custom deliverables built specifically for you (code, design, written content) transfers to you. We keep ownership of our own pre-existing tools, templates, and internal libraries, and may reuse them on other projects. Unless you ask us not to, we may reference a completed project in our portfolio.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the content, credentials, and materials you give us, and for making sure your use of the delivered service complies with the law that applies to you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim arising from our services is capped at the amount you paid for the specific service the claim relates to. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination

Either side can end an ongoing engagement with written notice. You remain responsible for paying for work completed up to that point.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. We'll try to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation first; anything unresolved falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
