Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 August 2026
InfoCombiner respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain terms, what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.
Who we are
InfoCombiner is a website, bot, and automation service operated by a Ukraine-registered private entrepreneur (ФОП), Andrii Serhiiovych Syromiatnykov (Ukrainian taxpayer ID 2809112538). Contact us at infocombiner@gmail.com with any question about this policy or your data.
What data we collect
We collect only what we need to run the site and deliver services you request:
- Contact and inquiry data — name, email, Telegram handle, and message content, submitted through our contact form or booking form.
- Account data — email address and password hash, if you register for the client dashboard.
- Project and billing data — details of the work we agree to deliver, invoices, and payment status.
- Basic technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We do not currently run analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies — see our Cookie Policy for the small list of cookies we do use.
Why we process it
To respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal (pre-contractual step); to deliver, invoice, and support the services you order (contract); to keep your account secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest); and to meet our own bookkeeping and tax obligations as a registered Ukrainian entrepreneur (legal obligation).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary to run the service:
- Payment processing — NOWPayments (cryptocurrency payments) and our PrivatBank corporate account (card payments in UAH) each process the payment details needed to complete your transaction, under their own privacy policies.
- Infrastructure — our hosting provider and our self-hosted, S3-compatible file storage hold data on servers we control.
- Email delivery — transactional emails (confirmations, invoices) are sent via SMTP.
- Internal automation — our own workflow tooling may move a form submission between our own systems; it does not push data to any outside party beyond what's listed above.
International data transfers
Some of the providers listed above run infrastructure outside Ukraine (for example, in the EU or the US). Where that happens, we rely on that provider's own compliance safeguards for cross-border transfer.
How long we keep it
Contact-form and inquiry data: up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete it sooner. Account and project data: for as long as our working relationship continues, plus any period required by Ukrainian accounting and tax law afterwards. Payment records: for as long as applicable financial regulations require.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to infocombiner@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use a very small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language — see our Cookie Policy for the full, current list.
Children
Our services are built for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services evolve. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version; material changes will be called out here.
